Most teams under 50 mailboxes finish over a weekend. We pull archives in the background while your old provider still serves mail; on cutover day you change the MX record and switch over with no downtime. Larger migrations (500+ mailboxes) we schedule with you.
Yes. That's the point. Bring yourdomain.com at any plan. Business gets 3 domains. Agency gets unlimited. We generate the MX, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records and walk you through adding them at your registrar.
We sign every outgoing message with DKIM, our IPs are warmed and reputation-clean, and we run our own feedback loops with the major providers. If your domain has its own bad history that's a separate fix, we'll help you diagnose it during onboarding.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel month-to-month. Annual plans cancel any time; we refund unused months pro-rata. Export all mailboxes as MBOX with one click before you go. We won't make this hard.
No. We don't scan content, train models on it, or sell anything based on it. Support can only see your mail if you grant explicit access for a specific ticket. The product is good email hosting, not a data brokerage.
You pick at signup: EU (Frankfurt, Germany) or US (New York). We never replicate mail across regions. APAC region launching late 2026, ask if you need it sooner.
Yes, standard IMAP/IMAPS and SMTP/SMTPS submission. Use Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, K-9, Spark, whatever speaks the protocols. We never push you to a vendor app. Same goes for CalDAV (calendars) and CardDAV (contacts).
